3. Are your Hair systems / wigs comfortable to wear all day?
Yes! Our wigs are designed with comfort in mind. They feature breathable and lightweight materials to ensure a snug but comfy fit—perfect for all-day wear.
4. Is it obvious I’m wearing a hair system / wig?
Not at all. When properly fitted and styled, our hair systems / wigs look incredibly natural. Lace fronts and realistic hairlines help blend seamlessly with your scalp and skin tone.
5. How do I find the right color match?
We offer a free color-matching service. Just email us a few photos in natural lighting, and our team will suggest the best shade. You can also order color swatches if you prefer to see the tones in person.
6. Can I style or cut the hair system / wig?
Yes! The hair systems / wigs can be cut, styled, and even heat-styled just like natural hair! You can use the haircut form on our page to select a haircut type, or you can email us a picture of how you’d like it cut and we can have our hair stylist pre-cut it before it’s delivered to you, so you just have to pop it on and rock it out!
7. How long do men’s hair systems / wigs last?
Depending on the hair system / wig type and with proper care, hair wigs can last 3 to 6 months or even more! Lifespan depends on wear frequency and maintenance. Each of our hair systems / wigs have their typical lifespan listed on their page.
8. How do I clean and maintain my Hair system / wig?
We provide step-by-step care instructions with every purchase. In general, hair systems / wigs, depending on the tape/glue bond, should be removed and cleaned every 2 to 4 weeks.
9. Can I wear the hair system / wig while working out or swimming?
Yes you can! The hair systems / wig, once securely fitted, can be used while running, working out, or even swimming! Although we’d recommend wearing a swim cap if you’re doing hardcore Olympic-training level swimming on a regular basis, as this can damage the hair fibers over time (the same way it can damage regular hair)
10. What’s your return and exchange policy?
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days on unworn wigs with tags still attached. If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll work with you to find the right fit or issue a refund. Please note, hair systems / wigs that are cut using our cutting service or cut after you receive them are not eligible for return aside from as listed in the return policy. Please see return policy.
11. Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes! All orders are shipped in unbranded, discreet packaging to protect your privacy.
12. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. While some supplies can be shipped within 2 days in the US. We ship internationally too!
13. Do I need to wear anything under the hair system / wig?
No. The hair systems / wigs attach securely directly to your scalp. You can use either wig glue or wig tape. Check our supplies page for all your wig supply needs!
